This location is the absolute worst. It’s Extremely difficult to enter and the parking lot is so tiny that I was blocked in and trapped. I don’t even know where they would keep a rental, there is no space!!!!!!!!!! Trying to drive across Van Dyke to enter the establishment is so dangerous. Whoever decided to put this location here made a mistake. If I were you, I’d go to a different location, it wasn’t worth the headache.
Terrible service, couldn't even call it customer service if I wanted to. Employees had a very laize fair attitudes not caring about servicing myself(with reservation) or the other customer without one. Luckily she got to leave when she was fed up. I however already paid. Just terrible.
Worst customer service. Left my wife stranded in the rain because they don't take credit cards and proceeded to argue with her stating they did. DO NOT COME HERE!
Good service. Diamond was very helpful. Car was ok. No issues.
The wasn't many options for my vehicle. Due to using gokd rewards my check it was relatively fast.
